Bulk Migration

If you have an existing list of clients inside your Twilio account, you can submit a bulk migration request for all phone number from your existing sub account into the new Group Send Gateway sub account using our simple .csv file upload process.

Step 1: Go to https://groupsendgateway.com/phone-numbers

Step 2: Click the Bulk Transfer Number Request button

Step 3: Download the .csv file example template here

Step 4: Collect your Phone SID, Account SID, and user details from your existing Twilio Account and fill the .csv file

It is recommended to use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to update the file. 

Leave the header row in the file.

Step 5: Upload the newly filled .csv file using the File Uploader

Step 6: Click the Bulk Phone Transfer Request button

We will then send this Twilio transfer migration request to Twilio for you. Once they have readied this change, they will send an emai to the "Notify Email" account, usually the subdomain account email address, but if you have been using your own Twilio account for users until now, it will email you.

You need to click ACCEPT TRANSFER from within each email and it will be available in your new sub accounts.

To minimize downtime, you can switch the SID inside your GHL account at the same time for each phone number, as clicking accept transfer and the user won't experience any downtime on the numbers.
