AGENCY ENHANCEMENTS:

Whitelabel pricing is coming! The ability for you to set your own pricing for your clients is being added to your Agency dashboard. You can add a % or even package different offerings (packs of items, numbers etc)

Automated GHL integration for SID updates! Yes, GHL dev are hard at work for us to enhance their API so we have granular user based and account based control to action these final manual tasks right from our platform.

USER ENHANCEMENTS:

Continuous UI Upgrades! For Bundles and other user functionality to ensure your clients have the smoothest process, automating as much as possible.

GENERAL ENHANCEMENTS:

In App Notifications! Set alerts from a user or agency for various data triggers so you can proactively action items.

Reporting UI improvements! We're working with the Twilio API to gather more data and further improve the reporting controls on this for you.

LARGE FUTURE IMPLEMENTATIONS:

Group Send Gateway launched with a Twilio specific integration. We have built the platform to be service agnostic, meaning we will support Twilio, but will also be building future integrations with other SMS/Voice provider platforms as well.
