WhiteLabel Step 1: EMAIL

GroupSendGateway will be sending emails to you as the agency owner (regarding your account and notifications about new clients within your agency setup), but also to your clients directly about their sign up, their billing, or updates to their account status.

Agencies can now Whitelabel their emails to their clients within the Agency Backend.

Steps to update your email whitelabel settings:

Step 1: Access your dashboard and click Your Site settings:

Step 2: Select the SMTP setting from the left menu:

Step 3: Update the following settings to add your SMTP to allow sending FROM this address:

Here's an example of the 2 main SMTP services out there, but check with your app for the latest.

MAILGUN
SMTP Host: smtp.mailgun.org
SMTP Port: 25
SMTP Encryption: TLS
SMTP Username: (get this from your SMTP Credentials in your Domain Settings here: https://prnt.sc/tszvlc)

SMTP Password: (if you need to "RESET YOUR PASSWORD" you can do that here: https://prnt.sc/tszw0q)

SENDGRID
SMTP Host: smtp.sendgrid.net
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Encryption: SSL
SMTP Username: your Sendgrid login name
SMTP Password: your Sendgrid password

GMAIL
Note: Your Gmail password may not work, if so, you should use the APP Password
SMTP server name: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP username: your Gmail address
SMTP password: your password
SMTP port: 465

Step 4: Update your "Email From" and "Email From Name" to what you want to appear on the emails:

Step 5: Click the TEST CONNECTION button to ensure your email settings are complete.

Step 6: Once testing is completed successfully, click the SAVE button to complete this process.

Note: You will receive notification emails from GroupSendGateway, your clients will receive emails from your Whitelabel options above..
